Using a Word or PowerPoint template allows clients to produce great looking documents as well as bringing all the time savings and ease of use for ordinary users.

Just bringing a clear hierarchy and common page and style settings for the whole document is an excellent start to improve a company’s presentation. Working with a designer can take the presentation to another level.

We enjoy working with agencies and implementing their designs but we can also help by providing a document design service.

How we can help

On any project we would expect to provide advice and guidance on the potential in Word and PowerPoint to help clients produce and manage documents more efficiently.

In design and branding terms we can respond at three levels:

• Create Microsoft Word or PowerPoint templates to build documents that match designs supplied by you
• Build a template following samples of existing documents and bringing improved consistency through clearer order and structure
• Provide a full design service as well as building a template.

David has a background in the design industry having worked at Lloyd Northover, Michael Peters, Merchant (the design arm of Brunswick) and most recently at Heat design. So we can work with you directly or we are happy to work through an agency.
