Legal templates and productivity tools in Microsoft 365
Our relationship with Womble Bond Dickinson goes back over ten years and has passed some key milestones along the way.
2010 – Provided support for Bond Pearce templates.
2014 – Following merger with Dickinson Dees, we installed a new legal template system integrated with iManage.
2015 – Developed a powerful suite of marketing and business development templates to support the legal set-up.
2017 –Supported the new brand roll out in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint following the merger to become Womble Bond Dickinson.
2021 – Preparing to implement a new plug in and add in to accommodate the extensive changes required by the new Cloud-based iManage 10 environment.

Our suite of legal and marketing templates, together with our productivity tools, help ensure the accuracy and compliance of all documents, that can be produced simply and efficiently by users.
Brochet Paste – convert and repair legal numbering
The need to rebrand a library of existing documents gave us the idea for Brochet Paste, now one of our hero tools.
When we came to migrate the existing precedent documents and legal agreements for WBD, we found that there were issues with many of the documents, including rogue paragraph styles, in addition to outdated branding.
We developed Brochet Paste, a VSTO Add in, which allows the user to reformat a complete document from a Word or pdf file and clean up formatting issues (including auto numbering) at the touch of a button. It not only enabled us to fix these issues for the firm, but is now one of the most valued add-ins we offer.
